Privacy Policy — Pathta for Excel

This privacy policy explains how the “Pathta for Excel” add-in, published by NOW-CODE (a French SAS company), handles data when used within Microsoft Excel.

Data processed

The add-in processes only the following data:

API key (authentication token): the key you enter to connect the add-in to your Pathta account. This key is stored locally in the Office/browser storage, in a form that is not exposed in clear text, and is used solely to authenticate your calls to the Pathta API.

Imported Pathta data: the data you choose to import into your Excel workbook through the Pathta API (reporting.pathta.io). This data is retrieved at your request and written directly into your workbook.

Purpose

This data is used exclusively to operate the add-in: to authenticate the connection to your Pathta account and to import your data into Excel at your initiative.

No transfer to third parties

Neither your API key nor the data imported into your workbook is sold, rented or disclosed to third parties. Exchanges take place solely between the add-in installed on your device and the Pathta API (reporting.pathta.io). NOW-CODE does not reuse this data for any other purpose.

Retention

The API key remains stored locally until you delete it or uninstall the add-in. Imported data remains in your Excel workbook, under your full control.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and erase data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@now-code.fr.
