Privacy Policy — Pathta connector for Data Studio

This privacy policy explains how the “Pathta” connector for Data Studio, published by NOW-CODE (a French SAS company), handles data when used within Data Studio.

Publisher

Data processed

The connector processes only the following data:

API key (authentication token): the key you enter to connect the connector to your Pathta account. It is kept by Data Studio in the secure credential storage provided for connectors, associated with your Google account alone, and is used solely to authenticate your calls to the Pathta API.

Pathta data accessed: the data of the reporting paths you choose to expose. It is retrieved through the Pathta API (reporting.pathta.io) each time your reports are refreshed, and passed to Data Studio for display.

Configuration settings: the identifier of the selected path and the data source settings you define in Data Studio.

Google user data accessed

The Pathta connector for Data Studio does not access any personal data from your Google account (profile, email, contacts, Drive, Calendar, etc.). The connector only requests the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request, technically required by Google Apps Script to allow the connector to make outbound HTTP calls to the Pathta Reporting API (reporting.pathta.io). Authentication to Pathta is performed via a personal API key entered by the user, independent of your Google account. No Google data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties.

Purpose

This data is used exclusively to operate the connector: to authenticate the connection to your Pathta account and to display your data in your Data Studio reports at your initiative.

No transfer to third parties

Neither your API key nor the data displayed in your reports is sold, rented or disclosed to third parties. Exchanges take place solely between Data Studio and the Pathta API (reporting.pathta.io). NOW-CODE does not reuse this data for any other purpose, including advertising.

Retention

The API key remains stored until you revoke it from your Pathta account or delete the connector credentials from Data Studio. Data accessed through the connector is not retained by it: it passes through on each refresh and remains in your reports, under your full control.

Security

Exchanges between Data Studio and the Pathta API are encrypted (HTTPS). The Pathta platform is hosted in France on Microsoft Azure.

Cookies

The connector does not set any cookies or trackers.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and erase data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@now-code.fr.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the connector. The version in force is the one published on this page.
