Support — Pathta for Google Sheets

This page explains how to get help with the “Pathta” add-on for Google Sheets, published by NOW-CODE (SAS).

Getting started

Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, open a Google Sheets spreadsheet, then select Extensions › Pathta › Open Pathta. Enter the API key generated from your Pathta account, choose the paths you want to import and click “Import”: one tab is created per path.

Common issues

The Pathta menu does not appear: reload the spreadsheet; the menu is added when the document opens.

Authentication error: check that your API key is still valid in your Pathta account. Click “Disconnect” in the sidebar, then enter the key again.

No paths available: reporting paths are created from the Pathta platform; make sure at least one path is defined in your account.

Draft listing testers

If your address has been added as a tester of the Pathta draft listing on the Google Workspace Marketplace, you see the draft version of that listing instead of the published one.

To opt out and be removed from the tester list, email contact@now-code.fr with the subject “Pathta draft tester opt-out”, stating the Google address concerned. Removal is carried out within one business day and the address is deleted from the configuration; no other data is retained.
