Terms of Use — Pathta connector for Data Studio

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the “Pathta” connector for Data Studio (the “Connector”), published by NOW-CODE (a French SAS company). By adding or using the Connector in Data Studio, you accept these Terms in full.

Purpose of the Connector

The Connector makes the data of the reporting paths defined in your Pathta account available in Data Studio, so that you can use it in your reports and dashboards. It does not modify your source data and writes nothing back to your systems.

Prerequisites

Using the Connector requires a valid Pathta account and an API key generated from that account. Your use of Data Studio remains subject to Google's own terms.

Licence

NOW-CODE grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Connector in connection with a valid Pathta account. This right is granted solely for the intended use of the Connector and confers no ownership over it.

User obligations

The user is responsible for keeping their API key confidential and for the access they grant to their reports. The user undertakes to use the Connector in accordance with applicable law, not to attempt to circumvent its authentication mechanisms or usage limits, and not to use it in a way that could disrupt the Pathta service.

Service availability

NOW-CODE endeavours to keep the Connector and the Pathta API available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance, technical changes or events beyond its control. Data volumes and refresh frequencies may be limited according to the Pathta plan subscribed to.

Intellectual property

The Connector, its code, its interface, its trademarks and all of its components remain the exclusive property of NOW-CODE. The NOW-CODE trademark and logo are registered with the INPI (No. 23 4 954 892). Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of NOW-CODE, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement liable to prosecution.

Personal data

Data processing in connection with the Connector is described in the privacy policy of the Pathta connector for Data Studio.

Limitation of liability

The Connector is provided “as is”. NOW-CODE cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Connector, in particular in the event of service interruption, delayed refresh or inaccuracy of the data displayed. The user remains responsible for checking the data used in their reports and for the decisions taken on that basis.

Termination

The user may stop using the Connector at any time by deleting the corresponding data source in Data Studio and revoking their API key. NOW-CODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Connector in the event of a breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the Pathta service, without incurring any liability.

Changes to these Terms

NOW-CODE may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Connector or to applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is expressly granted to the competent courts of the registered office of NOW-CODE, in Bordeaux, France.
