Terms of Use — Pathta add-on for Google Sheets
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the “Pathta” add-on for Google Sheets (the “Add-on”), published by NOW-CODE (a French SAS company). By installing or using the Add-on in Google Sheets, you accept these Terms in full.
Purpose of the Add-on
The Add-on imports into Google Sheets the data of the reporting paths defined in your Pathta account. It creates or updates one tab per selected path, in the single spreadsheet where it is open. It does not modify your source data and writes nothing back to your systems.
Prerequisites
Using the Add-on requires a valid Pathta account and an API key generated from that account. Your use of Google Sheets and Google Workspace remains subject to Google's own terms.
Licence
NOW-CODE grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Add-on in connection with a valid Pathta account. This right is granted solely for the intended use of the Add-on and confers no ownership over it.
User obligations
The user is responsible for keeping their API key confidential and for the access they grant to their spreadsheets. The user undertakes to use the Add-on in accordance with applicable law, not to attempt to circumvent its authentication mechanisms or usage limits, and not to use it in a way that could disrupt the Pathta service.
Writing to your spreadsheets
An import replaces the contents of the tab named after the imported path. It is the user's responsibility not to enter their own data in tabs managed by the Add-on and, where appropriate, to keep a copy of their spreadsheets.
Service availability
NOW-CODE endeavours to keep the Add-on and the Pathta API available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance, technical changes or events beyond its control. Data volumes, refresh frequencies and Google Apps Script execution quotas may limit usage depending on the Pathta plan subscribed to and on the type of Google account used.
Intellectual property
The Add-on, its code, its interface, its trademarks and all of its components remain the exclusive property of NOW-CODE. The NOW-CODE trademark and logo are registered with the INPI (No. 23 4 954 892). Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of NOW-CODE, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement liable to prosecution.
Personal data
Data processing in connection with the Add-on is described in the privacy policy of the Pathta add-on for Google Sheets.
Limitation of liability
The Add-on is provided “as is”. NOW-CODE cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Add-on, in particular in the event of service interruption, delayed refresh, data loss or inaccuracy of the imported data. The user remains responsible for checking the data used in their spreadsheets and for the decisions taken on that basis.
Termination
The user may stop using the Add-on at any time by clicking “Disconnect” in the sidebar, uninstalling it from the Google Workspace Marketplace and revoking their API key. NOW-CODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Add-on in the event of a breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the Pathta service, without incurring any liability.
Changes to these Terms
NOW-CODE may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Add-on or to applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is expressly granted to the competent courts of the registered office of NOW-CODE, in Bordeaux, France.
