Bring your business data into Google Sheets in a few clicks. Pathta turns any of your connected data sources — cloud apps, on-premise databases or business software — into a reporting path that the add-on writes straight into your spreadsheet as a ready-to-use tab. No scripts, no manual exports and no technical skills required.
Pathta is a no-code data integration platform (iPaaS) designed and hosted in France by NOW-CODE. It connects your business applications and databases, keeps their data synchronised, and makes that data available to your reporting tools through data flows called paths.
You build a path once in the Pathta interface: you pick a source, choose the tables and fields you want to expose, and set how often the data is refreshed. Every tool connected to that path then works with up-to-date data.
The Pathta add-on brings your reporting paths directly into Google Sheets. From the sidebar you enter your Pathta API key, pick one or several paths, and the add-on creates or updates one tab per path with the matching data, headers and formatting.
Tabs can be refreshed on demand or automatically at a chosen interval, so your spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts always work from current data. The add-on authenticates with a personal API key generated from your Pathta account, reads only the data contained in the paths you choose to expose, and writes only to the spreadsheet in which it is open.

Sign up on the Pathta platform and connect your first data source. A free trial account is enough to test the connector.
Create your Pathta accountIn Pathta, create a path from your source and select the tables and fields you want to make available for reporting.
From your Pathta account, generate the API key the connector uses to authenticate. Keep it private: it gives access to your reporting paths.
Install the Pathta add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then open a spreadsheet and choose Extensions › Pathta › Open Pathta. Paste your API key in the sidebar, select the paths you need and click Import: one tab is created per path. Turn on auto-refresh if you want the data kept up to date.
The add-on asks for the minimum access it needs to work. It requests permission to see, edit and create the spreadsheet it is opened in, so it can create the tabs and write your Pathta data into them; permission to connect to an external service, so it can call the Pathta reporting API and retrieve your data; and permission to display third-party web content, so it can show the Pathta sidebar inside Google Sheets.
Pathta never accesses your other Google Drive files, never reads spreadsheets other than the one the add-on is open in, and stores nothing beyond your Pathta API key, which is kept in your own Google user properties and can be removed at any time by clicking Disconnect in the sidebar.
